In the backdrop of CIA’s sick new recruitment video making the rounds and reflecting a modern and diverse workforce, I offer my thoughts on the realities. A pattern of systemic discrimination and cronyism that has disadvantaged the spy service by excluding critical talent and impeding those few who overcome it to come on board with obstacles in securing leadership opportunities.
