I had the privilege in joining moderator Alex Vatanka and panelists Scott Modell and Mohsen Sazegara discussing U.S. policy options in Iran. An interesting conversation that assessed the effectiveness of the Trump administration’s “maximum pressure” policy in influencing Iranian behavior or advancing U.S. security interests. Our panel included an intriguing debate regarding the utility and practicality of “regime change.”
